POTTRILLJohn (Jack) passed away suddenly but peacefully at home on Saturday, 26th July, 2014, aged 83 years, after a short illness bravely borne with fortitude and courage. He will be sadly missed by family, friends and everyone who knew him. Dearly loved husband of Betty, father of Karen, Neil and Nicholas, grandfather to Heather, Oliver, Edward, Alexandra and Thomas. The funeral service will be held at St Mary's Parish Church, Saffron Walden, at 11.00am on Tuesday, 12th August, followed by the interment at Saffron Walden Cemetery. Family flowers only but donations may be made payable to Marie Curie Cancer Care c/o Peasgood & Skeates, Shire Hill, Saffron Walden, CB11 3AQ.
